This recent truckpark facility has almost direct access to the A16 motorway and offers many advantages such as free and unlimited Wi-Fi access, a catering point, sanitary facilities, and a rest area.

This infrastructure allows you to stay on-site, enjoying the comfort of a secure parking lot, throughout the customs document tracking process. Our customs declaration experts are on-site, enabling direct contact with drivers, customers, and other customs service stakeholders. Moreover, our presence at the CTS site strengthens our proximity to customers as we are able to verify in real-time the presence of drivers and thus ensure optimal tracking of your exchanges.

Our new working tools, including our web platform, allow us to be responsive and organised in response to our clients' requests. The platform provides access to our clients regarding their transits and all their procedures. The documents are accessible through private accesses. This enables everyone to have direct monitoring of import-export formalities. 

The application allows to save time and anticipates the progress of the declaration as well as the status of the goods. Our teams can provide tracking through the provision of media support (pictures of goods if needed, uploading transport documents, etc.). Digital tools are innovative means that revolutionize our activity. They also allow truck drivers to monitor the progress of customs operations directly from their mobile phones by accessing a page generated by a QR code. This access is provided to them when they present themselves at our premises.

The operations are also displayed on a screen in our customs office.
