3.2. From your client area, you can reserve missions for customs and health services. On instruction and according to your documents, we carry out customs formalities (import/export/transit) and health formalities (CHED). We also represent you during controls with the customs and health authorities.
3.3. All interactions with our platform, including discussions, document exchanges, mission management, and billing, are done exclusively via our website.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is our intellectual property protected by copyright laws and other applicable laws.

5.1. The billing information indicated in the missions is provided for information purposes and is not final. The final invoice will be sent later by email, taking into account the actual elements of the service provided.
